By connecting your wallet and using Swapick, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Swapick is a decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregator that helps users find optimal swap rates across multiple decentralized exchanges and blockchain networks. We do not operate as an exchange ourselves – we route your trades through third-party protocols.

3. Non-Custodial Service

Swapick is a non-custodial platform. This means:

  • We never have access to your private keys
  • We never hold, control, or custody your digital assets
  • All transactions are executed directly from your wallet to the underlying DEX smart contracts
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys

4. Fees

Swapick charges a small fee on each swap transaction. This fee is automatically included in the quoted price you see before confirming a transaction. The fee varies depending on the liquidity pool used for the swap. By proceeding with a transaction, you agree to pay the displayed fee.

5. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide accurate quotes and optimal routing:

  • Quoted prices are estimates and may differ from execution prices due to market volatility and slippage
  • We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of any information displayed
  • Transaction success depends on blockchain network conditions and third-party protocols
  • Past performance of any route or DEX does not guarantee future results

6. Third-Party Protocols

Swapick integrates with various third-party decentralized exchanges and protocols. We are not responsible for:

  • The operation, security, or availability of these third-party protocols
  • Any bugs, exploits, or vulnerabilities in third-party smart contracts
  • Losses resulting from interactions with these protocols
  • Changes to third-party protocol terms or functionality

7. Risks

Using Swapick and interacting with blockchain technology involves significant risks, including but not limited to:

  • Smart contract risk: Bugs or vulnerabilities in smart contracts could result in loss of funds
  • Market risk: Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile
  • Slippage risk: Large trades may experience significant price impact
  • Network risk: Blockchain congestion may cause delayed or failed transactions
  • Regulatory risk: Changes in laws or regulations may affect your ability to use our services

You acknowledge that you understand these risks and agree to bear full responsibility for any losses incurred.

Nothing on Swapick constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not recommend any particular tokens, trading strategies, or investment decisions. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Swapick for:

  • Any illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
  • Circumventing any sanctions or trade restrictions
  • Manipulating markets or engaging in fraudulent trading practices
  • Attempting to exploit, hack, or disrupt our platform or integrated protocols

10. Geographic Restrictions

Swapick is not available to users in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited or restricted by law. By using our platform, you represent that you are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any such restricted jurisdiction.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swapick and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, profits, or data.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Swapick after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
